Vincent Palumbo is a member of the Firm’s Tax and Business Law Department and focuses on tax planning, transactions and tax preparation.
Vincent received his undergraduate degree in Fine Arts as well as his Masters in Accounting degree from Baldwin Wallace University. While attending Baldwin Wallace, he was an active member of the Baldwin Wallace Accounting Association. Vincent received his law degree from the Case Western Reserve School of Law and served as Treasurer of the Delta Theda Phi Law Fraternity and Associate Editor of the Journal of International Law.
Vincent is admitted to practice before all Ohio courts and is an active member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the National Italian American Bar Association.
Vincent resides in Little Italy are of Cleveland, Ohio. His interests include playing hockey, physical fitness, traveling, attending local live music events and movie trivia.
