Joseph M. Corsaro is a member of the firm’s Tax and Business Organizations practice group. Joe focuses his practice on tax and business planning for corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, tax-free corporate restructures and business succession planning.
Joe received his undergraduate degree in History from John Carroll University with a minor in Philosophy. He received his law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and graduated summa cum laude. While in law school, Joe was the recipient of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, Inc. Founders Room Scholarship and the CALI Award for Excellence in Constitutional Law.
Joe is admitted to practice before all Ohio courts and is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
In his spare time, Joseph M. Corsaro volunteers in the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s 3Rs program and assists with high school mock trial programs. He has a passion for history and travel, and is an avid reader. He currently resides in Bay Village, Ohio along with his wife, Meagan.
