Jacob H. Rossi, Esq.

Jacob Rossi is a member of the firm’s Tax and Business Organizations practice group. As both an attorney and a Certified Public Accountant, Jacob focuses his practice on tax and business planning for corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, tax-free corporate restructures.

His dual-professional background provides a unique vantage point for business succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and complex estate planning for high-net-worth individuals. His work includes developing and implementing highly-customized estate plans and wealth preservation vehicles including business succession planning and family asset maintenance and administration.  

Jacob earned two undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Economics from The Ohio State University and holds a CPA license. He earned his law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law where he was on the Moot Court Travel Team, was an Executive Justice on the Moot Court Governing Board, and was a Source Editor on the Ohio State Business Law Journal.

Jacob is admitted to practice before all Ohio courts and is an active member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.

Jacob resides in Cleveland, Ohio. His interests include golfing, traveling, and quality time with his family.
