CHRISTIAN M. BATES
Christian Bates is a member of the firm’s Civil Litigation practice group. Christian focuses his practice on civil and commercial litigation, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, non-compete and non-disclosure violations, workers’ compensation defense, mechanics liens, employee unionization and sexual harassment claims.
Christian received his undergraduate degree in History from the Ohio State University. He graduated magna cum laude from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. While at Cleveland-Marshall, Christian was a member of the Law Review and an elected Senator in the Student Bar Association.
Christian is admitted to practice before all Ohio courts as well as the United States Federal Court for the Northern District of Ohio and is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
Christian is a Cleveland sports enthusiast and a generous supporter of the Cleveland theater community. Christian resides in Lakewood, Ohio.
