Michele L. McAteer, Esq.

Michele L. McAteer is a member of the firm’s Tax and Business Organizations practice group. Michele focuses her practice on tax and business planning for corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. She received her undergraduate degree in Economics from Harvard University, graduating cum laude with a citation in Spanish.

Michele received her law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. The focus of Michele’s law school education was in the business and tax areas, including individual, corporate, estate and gift taxation, tax planning for small businesses, mergers and acquisitions, and securities regulation.

Michele is admitted to practice before all Ohio courts and the United States Tax Court and is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.

Reading, watching sporting events and knitting are among Michele’s hobbies. She resides in Westlake, Ohio.
