Carianne Staudt is a member of the firm’s Business Organization and Tax practice group. Carianne focuses her practice on tax issues and ERISA compliance. Carianne received her undergraduate degrees in Philosophy and English from Purdue University with a minor in History. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with University Honors. She received her law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law and graduated cum laude. At Toledo, Carianne was a member and coach of the Intellectual Property Law Moot Court Team, and won the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Advanced Evidence.
Carianne is admitted to practice before all courts in Ohio and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
In her spare time, Carianne likes to be outdoors, fish and write. She also has a passion for athletics and watching Big Ten conference sports. Carianne resides in Parma, Ohio.
